Shipping, Returns and Refund Details

Normal shipping days 

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 days business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Local delivery 

Deliveries are made from 9AM to 6PM on all week days. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

In-store pick-ups 

You can skip the shipping fees. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 7 days business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9AM to 6PM on business days. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International shipping 

Recently, We are not offering international shipping to other countries

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

How do I check the status? 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges 

Easy Returns within 30 Days

  • We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you a full month after receiving your item to initiate a return.
  • To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase for returns.

How to Start Your Return

  • Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, plus instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items returned without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt.
  • Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We cannot accept returns of perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also non-returnable.
  • Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
  • Note: Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.


  • For an exchange, return the item you have. Once received by us, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
  • Remember, your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
